This Greek sauce is great to pour on baked potatoes or with grilled meat, but also as a dip with carrot sticks or endive leaves.

Blanc battu cheese or quark 0% (about 200 gr.)
½ cucumber (or 1 small one)
salt, black pepper, lemon juice
Wash the cucumber well, you can peel it or not, and grate it.
In a bowl, pour the blanc battu cheese, grated cucumber, add salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix it well.
Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge so the flavours can blend together.
Ready to eat!
