Muesli … & juice

Today I had breakfast in the garden, enjoying the start of an exceptional sunny and warm day for this season, while the others were still sleeping. So peaceful…

And for me, autumn means apples, nuts, cinnamon… so all the essence of autumn condensed in this muesli.

For 1 person:

200 gr. of yogurt (unflavoured)

4 tablespoons of oat flakes

5 chopped walnuts

1 teaspoon of flax seeds (optional)

1 grated apple

cinnamon to taste (I put 1 tablespoon because I’m crazy about cinnamon) 😉

some drops of honey or agave (optional)

……

Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

Mix with a spoon.

Leave it in the fridge for 10 min. so the oats will become soft.

Ready to eat!

 

ORANGE AND CARROT JUICE

This innocent juice is a concentrate of vitamins and nutrients, perfect for this season.

Carrots provide Vitamin A, C, E, beta-carotene, iron…

Orange contains Vitamin C, but also B, calcium, potassium, magnesium…

The ginger increases our body temperature, stimulates the circulation of blood, protects us from colds…

Put in a juicer:

3 carrots

1 orange

½ apple

a piece of fresh ginger (about 3 cm.)

Blend it.

Ready to drink!
