A different side dish or appetizer, perfect for a summer BBQ.
Goat’s cheese (or mozzarella if you prefer a milder cheese)
Some basil leaves
Cut triangles of watermelon (about 2 cm thick) removing the peel.
Cut slices of cheese.
Put the watermelon in a very hot grill, after 1 min turn it to the other side for 1 min again.
Build the “sandwich”: a slice of watermelon, a slice of cheese, some basil leaves, and another piece of watermelon. Keep it in place with a toothpick.
Ready to eat!
