Ice cream “FIT”

Yes, you see it right: it’s a chocolate ice cream… to celebrate that summer start!!!

But this is a healthy ice cream; light, without sugar or fat, very easy to make and… it’s delicious!

Important notice: it creates addiction 😉

For 1 person:

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (unsweetened)

2 tablespoons of plain skimmed yogurt

a touch of sweetener to taste (agave, stevia, saccharin…)


Peel and cut the banana into slices.

Freeze it for 3 or 4 hours.

Put the frozen banana and the rest of ingredients in a blender or bowl and blend it.

It will be a creamy texture.

You can eat it like that or pour it into moulds and leave it for a while in the freezer to get a firm consistency.

Add a topping you like: sliced almonds, grated coconut, granola crumble…

Ready to enjoy!

You can make fruit-flavoured ice cream: mango, raspberries, apricots …

You just need to change the cocoa powder to the fruit you like, previously cut in dices and frozen. <The banana is mandatory as it gives the creamy texture>
