Raspberries waffles

Today we had a terrific breakfast!

These waffles are the perfect way to start the day: good nutrients for our body and they are delicious 😉

And of course very fit: without sugar or saturated fats, with good carbs, protein and antioxidants (from the red fruits).

For 1 person: (3 waffles)

1/3 cup of oat flour (about 40 gr.)

1 small, ripe banana

1 egg

2 egg whites

some drops of vanilla essence

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 handful of raspberries (frozen)

some drops of sweetener: stevia, agave… (optional, for me the sweetness of the banana is enough).


Pre-heat the waffle machine. (If you don’t have one, you can do them as pancakes in a normal non-stick pan).

Mix all ingredients except the raspberries.

Grease the waffle machine with some drops of vegetable oil (olive, sunflower…)

Pour a little of the mix, add some berries and cover with some more of the mix. Close the machine. Cook it until they are done (about 1-2 min.)

Ready to eat… and enjoy!

To drink, a fresh smoothie:

Skimmed milk (or your favourite: oat, almond, soy, rice…) and some more raspberries, mix it in a blender and ready 🙂
