Roasted cauliflower (the easiest recipe ever)

Today I have such an easy and fast recipe that easier would be… just going to a restaurant 😉

Some days ago I posted this picture on my instagram account telling the 2 steps to prepare it and a lot of people gave me enthusiastic feedback about how easy & delicious it is and telling me that it will become a must on their weekly menus.

So I think it’s fair to share it also here on my blog for those of you who missed the instagram post.

I know it’s a very, very basic recipe, so I promise next week will be something a bit more elaborate.

You will need:

1 cauliflower

a drizzle of soy sauce

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Separate the “flowers” of the cauliflower.

Put them in an oven tray. Pour soy sauce over it.

Roast at 200 degrees for about 30 min.

Ready to eat!

You can prepare it in advance and warm it up a bit at lunchtime, or you can eat it at room temperature.
